Colonial beach front villa

New Build

Presented with a strong concept brief from the Client, Terra Firma designed and fully detailed this unique beach front villa in Kenya.

The brief was made even more complex due to local available materials and inexperienced workforce.

Local climatic conditions were also taken into consideration and a full electrical and environmental system was designed to allow for comfortable living.

Terra Firma also took on the role of interior design on this project and managed the logistics of transporting materials and interiors from UK to Kenya.
