Our first own development project in Norfolk.

Having purchased The Old Granary structure with Outline Planning Permission for 12 units, we re-designed, submitted and gained approval for a 15 unit development.

Demolition commenced soon after; of the existing structure only the external walls were kept.

Construction was completed within the year with sales soon after.
